Easy home remedies for skin problems-Plan your Wedding

Every individual has a natural desire to look beautiful and there is nothing wrong in it. Youth and particularly young girls often spend hours before the mirror. The common belief is that beauty is what you see, the external appearance and the qualities of the skin. But this external beauty depends on the health of the body and mind. Even a beautiful person does not appear so when he/she is tense or afflicted with an ailment.

A healthy body and mind are proportional to looking beautiful on the outside.
Achieving a radiant and glowy look at home is very easy; we are surrounded by things that can remedy even the, most stubborn of our skin woes. Check out some of them below! 

Preparing variety of face packs for different benefits

Fruit face packs are natural and harmless way to make your skin feel wow!


Face packs made from fresh fruit pulps and fruit puree to bestow a flawless glow, radiance and reveal a naturally radiant skin. Fruit face packs are rich in alpha-hydroxy acid, citric acid, phenolic acid, vitamin C, and also contain high percentage of antioxidants, beauty nutrients and skin lightening enzymes that give a visibly glowing, smoother, healthier, more even-toned and younger-looking skin.

Butter, oil and flour for everyday glow

It’s quite easy to make this pack at home with all natural ingredients available at our doorstep.

Method:
You need to take a small bowl and add some lavender oil with two teaspoons of gram flour (besan), a pinch of turmeric powder, butter or fresh cream. Mix all well and make a pack to get glowing skin. Remove with gulaab jal (rose water) after 20 minutes.

Figs and pumpkin face pack
Figs are known to have alpha hydro acids, antioxidants, and vitamins, which brighten the skin tone and exfoliate the skin.

Method:
Make a smooth paste of 2 figs and 2 slices of pumpkin and add a few drops of almond oil. Apply to clean skin. Keep it for an hour and wash it away with rose water.

Glow as gold with marigold
Marigold flower is popularly known as ‘genda’. It is easily available in your garden. These flowers are very popular among Indians as it is used for worshiping. Thus, it is quite easy to get this flower in your neighborhood.

Method:
Get about 3-4 marigold flowers, smash it well with hand or some heavy instrument. Now add one teaspoon of honey with some raw milk. Mix it really well. Apply on your skin and within 15 minutes wash it away with lukewarm water to get glowing skin.

Pomegranate and honey face pack
Everyone desires to look young forever. This best face pack is for youthful skin glow. Pomegranate is a rich source of vitamin C. It also has anti-ageing and antioxidant properties. Application of this face pack of pomegranate and honey results in a glowing beautiful skin

Method:
Take a homemade paste of pomegranate and add about a tablespoon of honey to it. Apply this paste on your face and neck and wash it off with rose water after 30 minutes. Use this pack weekly for radiantly glowing skin.

Clove
Clove is a very common type of spices that are extensively used in Ayurvedic medicine in a lot of medicinal soaps and pimple creams/gels to reduce the redness, swelling of a pimple and to reduce the bacterial infection. And so, a clove face pack for pimples is wonderful and shows relief worthy results in pimples overnight.

Method:
Make a paste of clove with water and apply on the pimples. Leave it overnight for best results

Sugar and spice for everything nice
This is a simple and very easy scrub for healthy, pimple-marks free and glowing skin. It will work as an exfoliating agent. Moreover it would help you to achieve a brighter skin tone.

Method:
Take about three table spoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk powder and one tablespoon of honey, and mix them together now scrub this mixture over the face for few minutes and rinse it off after 15 minutes.
